How does our meal delivery work?

1️⃣ Pick Your Plan

When you enroll in our meal prep services, you’ll receive FIVE of each meal type in your plan. Ready-to-eat meals are delivered in 24 oz. microwavable and recyclable containers. The menu rotates weekly.

2️⃣ Pay

Enroll in automatic payments through our customer portal. Payments are deducted each week. Cancel anytime before end of day Thursday.

3️⃣ Delivery or Pickup

Meals are delivered Sunday afternoon to your home, office or partner drop off location. With notice, we can accommodate delivery within Austin city limits. Meals are individually packed in 24 oz. microwavable and recyclable containers packed in cooler bags.

4️⃣ Eat

THE BEST PART! Enjoy our rotating menu of tasty, macro-mindful meals. Meal containers may be recycled, but cooler bags should be returned to your delivery location each week.
